WHY THE MODEL MATTERS

A meaningful opportunity
starts with real client value.

Growing businesses should not have to choose between disconnected providers and the burden of building every marketing function in-house. Impactaris brings account leadership, specialist expertise, shared systems, organized files, reporting, and ongoing improvement into one coordinated relationship.

One consistent point of contact

A dedicated Account Manager keeps priorities, context, communication, and approved work connected across the relationship.

Specialist breadth

Clients can access multiple marketing disciplines through one operating system, without having to coordinate each contributor separately.

Built for continuity

Documented workflows, central records, clear handoffs, and quality review reduce dependence on any one person.

The Partner opportunity begins with helping clients build stronger marketing infrastructure—with care, clarity, and professional standards at the center.

How the program works

Local perspective. Enterprise capability. One connected client experience.

Three roles, one system. Here is exactly what moves between the partner, Impactaris, and the client — and what each side walks away with.

YOUR MARKET

Bring a stronger marketing system to your market.

Every Assignment Is Subject To

01

Availability

02

Fit

03

Capacity

04

Program requirements

05

Written approval

An Impactaris Partner develops and supports an assigned, non-exclusive market under a written Partner agreement and defined authority. The Partner helps build trusted local relationships and bring the Impactaris system to a market they understand, while the wider team keeps the client experience connected through shared systems and standards. Every market assignment is subject to availability, fit, capacity, program requirements, and written approval.

Territory assignments organize market coverage and relationship support. Clients remain independent businesses, while Impactaris coordinates service agreements, billing, central records, and continuity across the relationship. No assignment creates ownership of a market, client, lead, or account.

A CONNECTED SALES SYSTEM

One program.
Clearly defined roles.

Partners can contribute in different ways depending on their experience and the needs of the market. Each role has its own preparation, authority, and operating scope, so clients know who is guiding the relationship and who is completing the work. Any applicable compensation basis must be documented in an approved plan and executed agreement before compensated work begins.

Partner
Develops an assigned market, builds trusted local relationships, and helps connect the market to the wider Impactaris team.
Account Executive
Guides assigned opportunities through discovery, an approved proposal, a clear decision, and a complete client handoff.
Account Manager
Serves as the client’s primary ongoing contact, keeping priorities, communication, approvals, reporting, and specialist work connected.
Local Content Capture
Provides approved on-site photography or video capture when separately qualified and assigned.
Specialist Team
Provides focused expertise through the central workflow, with work coordinated through the assigned Account Manager.

Partners may add other roles as they build experience and become qualified. Additional assignments are based on program needs, readiness, capacity, and written approval; they are not automatic.

A CONNECTED SALES SYSTEM

Local initiative, supported by a centralized sales system.

Impactaris supports market development with research that helps identify businesses that may be a good fit. Opportunities may be shared based on territory, fit, capacity, and current needs. Partners can also build approved opportunities through local relationships, referrals, and authorized prospecting or outreach methods. Both paths move through one sales system so every conversation is informed and every handoff is clear.

Research-Supported

Impactaris research

Impactaris Research prepares the record and may route it for qualified follow-up. Assignment is based on fit and operating capacity.

Partner-Developed

Local relationships

The Partner identifies a potential fit through approved local activity. The opportunity is recorded, reviewed, and progressed through the same sales controls.

One sale system

Every opportunity — however it originates — is recorded, reviewed, and progressed through the same controls, records, and reporting.

Research support complements local market development. Availability varies by territory, fit, capacity, and current needs, and no specific opportunity volume is promised.

The System Behind the Work

Build with a system — not from scratch.

You bring local judgment, relationships, and leadership. Impactaris brings the infrastructure that helps good work remain organized, consistent, and connected as more people contribute.

Client proposition

A defined service model that explains what Impactaris does and how coordinated marketing support creates value.

Market and sales research

Research support, shared prospect records, and a common pipeline for approved opportunities.

Sales and proposal system

Discovery structure, approved offers, proposal support, sales approvals, and controlled handoff.

Account leadership

An assigned Account Manager structure that keeps client communication, priorities, and delivery connected.

Specialist capabilities

Coordinated access to qualified specialists when required by approved client scope, assignment, and available capacity.

Quality and reporting

Review points, clear records, performance reporting, and a process for learning and improvement.

Contracts and billing

Central administration for approved agreements, client billing, records, and payment reconciliation.

Systems and preparation

Orientation, role-based certification, technology, reporting routines, and known support and escalation paths.

You do not need to personally perform every discipline or solve every situation alone. Clear roles, shared systems, specialist support, and structured escalation help the team respond professionally while keeping the client experience connected.

Sustainable Growth

Designed to grow beyond a one-person practice.

As approved client needs develop, Impactaris may coordinate additional qualified Account Executive, Account Manager, specialist, or local content-capture support where certification, capacity, readiness, and service quality permit. Where that support is available and assigned, a Partner may devote more attention to market development, local relationships, and territory health.

1

PREPARE

Complete the approved agreement, orientation, systems setup, and role preparation.

2

DEVELOP

Build market understanding, approved relationships, and a disciplined local pipeline.

3

Serve

Support a strong handoff and stay connected to territory health and the client experience.

4

Add capacity

Bring in qualified roles through Impactaris as real client and operating needs emerge.

5

Strengthen

Grow at a pace supported by capacity, certification, client health, reporting, and quality.

As capacity grows, approved local content-capture support may be added through the program. Sales, Account Management, system administration, and client leadership remain separately qualified roles and cannot be delegated informally.

Who Thrives Here

The strongest Partners build trust before they build volume.

You understand or actively learn a local business community.

You communicate clearly and treat client trust with care.

You are comfortable following shared systems and recording the work.

You can develop relationships without overpromising.

You value specialist expertise, quality review, and constructive escalation.

You want to build something durable at a sustainable pace.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions.

  • An Impactaris Partner helps develop an assigned, non-exclusive market and build trusted local relationships within the Impactaris system. The Partner contributes local judgment and market leadership while the wider enterprise provides sales support, Account Management, specialist capabilities, quality review, reporting, contracts, billing, and administration.

  • No. Partner, Account Executive, and Account Manager are distinct roles. A Partner may qualify for an additional role, but only after the required preparation, approval, and written assignment. The assigned Account Manager remains the client’s primary ongoing operational contact.

  • A territory is a geographic and managerial operating area used to organize market development, capacity, opportunities, accounts, and support. Territories are non-exclusive. Assignment to a market is subject to availability, fit, capacity, program requirements, and written approval. No assignment creates ownership of a market, client, lead, or account.

  • Impactaris operates a Sales Research function and may assign researched opportunities based on territory, fit, capacity, and current needs. Partners may also develop approved opportunities through approved local relationships, referrals, and authorized prospecting or outreach methods. No lead volume, response, conversion, client count, work volume, or timing is guaranteed.

  • No. One of the program’s advantages is access to a coordinated specialist team when approved scope, assignment, and capacity require it. Partners contribute through the roles they are qualified for, while the Account Manager and central workflow keep client work connected.

  • Possibly. Each additional role is separately qualified, assigned, and governed. Role scope, authority, evidence, availability, and compensation are documented rather than assumed.

    • Approved local content-capture support may be added when needed and when the appropriate written, quality, privacy, safety, access, and file controls are in place. Sales, Account Management, system administration, and client leadership remain separately qualified roles and cannot be delegated informally.

    • Compensation eligibility, basis, rates, timing, documentation, adjustments, and payment terms will be governed by an approved compensation plan and executed agreement before compensated work begins. No formula, rate, income level, client volume, or earnings outcome is promised on this page.

  • Clients remain independent businesses. Impactaris manages the service agreement, billing, central record, and continuity, while the assigned Account Manager serves as the primary ongoing contact. A Partner territory or introduction does not change that structure or create ownership of a client, lead, or account.

    • No. The Partner Program is intended to operate through written independent contractor relationships, not employment or the purchase of a franchise or territory. Final classification and relationship terms are governed by the executed agreement and applicable law.

    • No. Partner status does not include co-branding or white-label rights. Collaborator and any specially approved white-label arrangements are separate models with their own review and written terms.

    • No. Impactaris provides a professional operating system, approved work, clear communication, documented review, and ongoing improvement. Marketing performance also depends on client decisions, inputs, market conditions, and other factors outside any one provider’s control, so business outcomes are not guaranteed.

    • Timing varies with current needs, the market under review, role requirements, and due diligence. If there appears to be mutual fit, our Partner Program team will explain the current process and next step. Submission does not create a deadline or guarantee selection.
