Evergreen candidate pool records: two years from your submission or most recent explicit renewal of interest. Before that period expires, we will invite you to renew your interest. If you do not renew, we will remove you from the active candidate pool and delete or anonymize the records, except for the minimum information that must be retained under a specific legal recordkeeping or claim-preservation duty. Any such retained information is restricted to that purpose and is not kept in the active candidate pool. If your application later leads to a hiring decision or employment, the applicable applicant or employment retention rule governs the relevant records; that does not extend active-pool retention without your explicit renewal.
