Global influencer marketing firm Ykone has merged with BarCode and Paris-based Mirror Mirror to create a new integrated group called One, combining influencer strategy, creative production, and media services to offer brands comprehensive storytelling solutions.
Global influencer marketing firm Ykone has announced a major strategic merger with Paris-based creative production house Mirror Mirror and its Indian affiliate BarCode, forming a new integrated group called One. The consolidation brings together creative, technology, and media capabilities to create a unified offering for brands seeking holistic influencer and storytelling solutions across global markets.
The newly formed One group brings together more than 400 employees working across 20 international cities and represents approximately $150 million in combined annual revenue. The merger includes Ykone’s existing global network, BarCode’s strong presence in the Indian influencer marketing landscape, and Mirror Mirror’s creative production expertise familiar to luxury and premium brands.
Ykone, originally founded in Paris and known for influencer and creator-led campaigns across luxury, fashion, and lifestyle categories, has been expanding globally, including acquiring Indian influencer agency BarCode in 2024. The integration of Mirror Mirror into the group adds creative production and event-making capabilities, supporting more immersive and high-impact content experiences for brands.
According to company leaders, the formation of One responds to rising demand from brands for end-to-end campaign execution — encompassing influencer strategy, creative storytelling, and new-media technology under one roof. Ykone’s global reach, combined with BarCode’s deep regional expertise and Mirror Mirror’s creative strengths, is expected to help clients navigate increasingly complex brand campaigns across social, digital, and experiential formats.
Olivier Billon, Founder of Ykone Group, called the merger a “strategic evolution” and said combining data-led influencer insights with world-class creative talent gives the group the ability to deliver holistic marketing solutions at scale. BarCode’s founder highlighted the newly formed group’s potential to elevate culturally resonant narratives and strengthen brand engagement across local and global markets.
With integrated services that span data analytics, influencer technology, creative production, and event storytelling, the One group aims to differentiate itself in the competitive influencer marketing landscape, offering brands a more seamless and powerful partner for content-driven strategy in 2026 and beyond.
