As an Advertising Specialist at Impactaris, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with small business clients to understand their goals, develop customized advertising strategies, and continuously monitor performance to ensure the best possible return on investment (ROI).

JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive paid advertising strategies that align with the client’s business objectives, including platform selection (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), targeting, and budget allocation.


  • Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring they meet performance goals.


  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creative, and targeting to continuously improve campaign performance. Adjust bidding strategies, targeting, and budgets to maximize ROI.


  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with detailed reports on key metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI) and actionable insights for improvement.


  • Client Communication & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their advertising needs and objectives, providing them with regular updates on campaign performance and making recommendations for optimization.


  • Internal Collaboration: Work with our creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure that ad creatives align with the broader marketing strategy and resonate with the target audience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about digital advertising and enjoys the challenge of optimizing campaigns for small businesses. While experience in managing paid advertising campaigns is helpful, we’re more interested in your ability to think strategically, analyze data, and continuously improve performance.


What we’re looking for:

  • A strong understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).


  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.


  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain campaign performance and results to clients in a clear and accessible way.


  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.


  • A passion for helping small businesses grow through effective advertising strategies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

While no formal qualifications are required, the following would be beneficial:


  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.


  • Familiarity with advertising analytics tools like Google Analytics or Facebook Insights for tracking and reporting campaign performance.


  • Experience with tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research and campaign optimization.


  • An understanding of SEO principles and how they interact with paid search campaigns.

  • External storage drive (for storing ad creatives and reports)

  • High Speed Internet Connection

  • Backup Internet or Hotspot (in case of outages or connection issues)
